Markus has written comedy for too many live shows and television episodes, mostly in Las Vegas and L.A., respectively. He has had comedy pouring out of him as a stand-up, sketch, and improv comedian, not to mention as an independant filmmaker.
In 2011 he has continued contributing monologue jokes to The David Feldman Comedy Podcast, hosted by Emmy-award winning comedian David Feldman, syndicated on Pacifica Radio and heard locally in Los Angeles on KFPK-FM. Markus is also a joke and sketch writer for Top Story! Weekly, a hilarious, live sketch comedy show at the IO West Theatre in Hollywood, every Sunday at 9pm.
Markus can occasioanlly be found performing stand-up comedy at Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank, as well as other seemingly random venues varying from corporate events and conventions to charity events and private parties.
He is also a loving husband and doting father, with a life, a few hobbies, and probably some interests.

Please check out this short film I wrote and produced, "Security." It's a "COPS" parody, made long before Paul Blart, Observe & Report, and others jumped on the mall cop bandwagon.
Worthy of note: The film stars QVC on-air host Sharon Faetsch (very nerded up) and was directed and edited by Lee Scott of Atomik Video.
