It's an automatic car wash. You park it at the entrance and it slowly goes along a track into her vagina.

Please check out this short film I wrote and produced, "Security." It's a "COPS" parody, made long before Paul Blart, Observe & Report, and others jumped on the mall cop bandwagon.
