A "big budget" pornographic film was shot in a London hospital when it hired out one of its wards to a film company. Now that’s what I call socialized medicine.
One plot point centered on a doctor who recommended his female patient be flushed with fluids.
The hospital was shocked to see what the performers had used as tongue depressors.
By the end of the shoot, every character had gotten their injection.

Please check out this short film I wrote and produced, "Security." It's a "COPS" parody, made long before Paul Blart, Observe & Report, and others jumped on the mall cop bandwagon.
Worthy of note: The film stars QVC on-air host Sharon Faetsch (very nerded up) and was directed and edited by Lee Scott of Atomik Video.
