Iran introduced new haircut requirements, which will legally allow only certain traditional hair and beard styles for men. Fortunately, mustaches and sideburns will still be allowed for the women.

Iran’s new policy also includes a prohibition against Western-influenced styles, such as eyebrow-plucking. Tehran wants Iranians to have one religion, one government, and evidently, one eyebrow.
