In order to attract younger readers, The Diary of Anne Frank has been released as a graphic novel. But today’s teen girls’ diaries are still way more graphic.
To further interst readers and boost sales, in the graphic novel, Anne now has superpowers and (spoiler alert!) kicks the Nazis’ ass.
